TV Programs

i really watch tv,,, actually it' s more correct to say I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME to wacth it;( but even in such a life, i have some of my favorite tv programs

the first one is the korean drama, "주몽"

it's a kinda ancient korean history drama, but not such a stiff one.
this one is easy to watch:) actually, my mom is more addicted to this program though!

more about the program, visit here ↓
http://www.imbc.com/broad/tv/drama/jumong/

and the next one that i really enjoy watching is "invasion", the US tv drama

it sometimes thrill me, but i, again, enjoy watching:)

more about the program, click here↓
http://abc.go.com/primetime/schedule/2005-06/invasion.html

the final one is just a news program, "BBC World"
i really watch japanese news programs, but i do watch BBC ( ive done that for about three years,,,)
maybe it's because i can hear english and know what is happening in the world now at the same time.
and the contents, also good. cause most of those are that i usually cant see in the japanese news programs.
though american english is easier for me to listen to, i prefer BBC (which is the british program) to CNN (american)

well, those three programs are the programs that i watch in a week.
and yesterday was "the invasion day":) unfortunately, i havent watch yesterday's one yet, just recorded it on videotape. (yes, we still use VIDEO, not DVD!)
gonna watch it tonight! ;)

Hey!
My parents, my grandma, and my friend are OBSESSED over Ju-Mong! X_X
They're always talking about how Ju-mong prince was so heroic here,
and how horrible his "brothers" are to him
and they keep on yapping away! XD
And I'm guessing that it's pretty popular in Japan too? (or is it just your family? :3)
And I don't know any other shows that you listed! X3;;;;

haha. but I really wanna watch BBC!
I wanna have a British accent!!!
(speaking of which, there is a new
British kid in my class,
and everybody's been trying to make him say, "Harry Potter" XDDD;;
Poor bloke...)

oh, I never knew that "da mo" was called "チェオクの剣 (btw, how do you say this kanji?;;;; I kinda suck at reading kanji.......)
well, you know what they say, "you learn something new every day!" XD

and yeah~
Americans have a totally different accent than the British "Harry Potter accent" haha
it's just a technicallity though.
like we pronounce almost all of the "r"s in any word that contains it (e.g. in Britain, when you say Harry Potter, the "Potter" part is practically pronounced like "Pottuh" if you exaggerate...;;)
um, and we tend to say some "O" sound as "Ah" sort of. (e.g. again, with "Potter", it's pronounced "Pah-ter" XD)

it's just those little things that differ~ :P
I wonder if it sounds like that I have an accent to a British person~ :]
